Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant you will focus on maximizing the time to value for our customers. You are ambitious, energetic and positive and you thrive in a dynamic environment. You will plan and coordinate the smooth onboarding of our products to multiple customers at the same time and fix issues before they happen. You’ll be part of a professional and highly driven team, bringing our customer successes to the next level. You are passionate about Microsoft technology, Telephony, Contactcenter, Microsoft products (Azure, Sharepoint, SQL and PowerBI etc)

Requirements

• 5 years in either Project Lead or technical/functional consultant
• Track record of projects ideally in cloud setting
• Understanding of the basics of Microsoft technology (Office365, Microsoft Teams, Azure and Window Server infrastructure)
• Good communication skills both French and English with the ability to explain technological and business concepts to all levels
